Just a testimonial I would like to thank everyone at Independence Audio Video for all their help from the sales floor as well as service after the sale. I have had the pleasure of working with nearly all of their staff and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. A friend recommended we try them for a simple TV upgrade about ten years ago. The selection was fantastic and so was the total buying experience. After several more TV purchases we came to them for a complete home theater system. The theater included an Epson projector, Stewart screen, Paradigm speakers, Sony Blu-ray and an Integra receiver. The install was flawless thanks to Sean & Darren. We use the theater almost daily and absolutely love it. We later asked for their help with a whole house audio system and we are just as pleased with their product selection and install. Most recently we came to need their help with home security cameras and they hit a home run again. Thanks Jeff Moore and everyone else in sales and service we have worked with over the years.

Dear Mr. Huffman: I wish to inform you of the outstanding service I have recieved from one of your A/V professionals, Mr. George Wilson. I recently visited your store in search of quality home theater speakers and I was concerned that I would be "pushed" toward the highest priced speakers your store carried rather than being shown speakers which would meet my criteria. George eliminated my apprehension soon after I arrived. George listened to my expectations and then suggested that I listen to a couple of different brands to determine the type of sound I prefered. He then recommended the models that would meet my current and future needs. I ended up purchaseing a complete set of home theater speakers which have exceeded my expectations. Thanks to George, I believe I have the perfect speakers for me. My visit was a truly enjoyable experience and George was accomodating, extremely knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and instrumental in my buying decision. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the home theater installation you completed last week for me. The technician's went the extra mile to make sure my wife was comfortable with the electronics. At the end of the installation they even vacuumed up the area! You have me sold and will get all of my business going forward. I initially attempted to have NFM complete the install, but was told upon arrival it could not be done. KUDOS to your group for extraordinary customer service. We purchased a Sony TV from you and because of Maurice's limited vision we were unable to hook it up. You did it for us! Even came back a second time, and answered many questions from a couple of electronic illiterates. Recently we had a problem with the remote. He is the quintessential pro when it comes to feeling his way through the installation process. Well done! Thought you'd like to hear this... Picked Kimberly up at the airport at 3PM. I had queued everything up and turned the stereo off so that on the way home I could just hit power and let it surprise her. I picked a song that started with an acoustic guitar and added in vocals, electric/ bass guitar, and full drums over time. Afterwards the mids and bass started in ( it wasn't "booming") she commented, "it's good to get back in a car that has a halfway decent sound system compared the that rental car." I almost couldn't keep a straight face. A minute or so in to the song she said, "how does the bass sound that good with the bass knob [on the OEM stereo] turned half-way down? What did you do?! I was beginning to think she was going to go thru the whole song without noticing! She loves it! After the 40 minute drive home from the airport she kicked me out of the car and went for a 30 minute drive to listen some more. I expect her to take a few more drives this weekend. Thanks a lot, Chris, for your help. You gave good advice and guidence. Your installer did a wonderful job. Please thank him again for me and let him know that Kimberly is ecstatic. Please let me have the contact info for your boss-person(s) so I can share with him/her as well ...hopefully I can fight the temptation to upgrade my GTI...

Jeff, I have to thank you for taking such good care of me for so many years, and last night's subwoofer purchase was another perfect example of you listening to and meeting my needs. I know it will be the perfect fit and I can hardly wait to get it hooked up tonight. While I did by my first "real" speakers from Scott nearly 30 years ago (a pair of HSL's) and he always took good care of me, it is your face that represents Independence Audio in my mind due to all of the times we have worked together over the years.
